Q442: When You Were Dating Your Wife, and Accepted Your Proposal, Do You Call Her Your BRIDE? She Was Your FIANCEE; Not Yet a Bride.

Reactions from the Article: The Most POWERFUL WEAPON IN THE UNIVERSE David Used To Defeat Goliath, Now Revealed! What is That Super High-Tech Weapon of All Time; Unmatched By The Advanced High-Tech Weapons of Modern Warfare?

I just wanna ask you one thing, with an analogy:

When you were dating your wife, and accepted your proposal, do you call her your BRIDE? It's not the right term isn't it? She was your FIANCEE not yet a Bride. She became your Bride during the wedding.

So are we, when Jesus come to this Earth. To marry His called out ones betrothed to Him. That's when we be called BRIDE of CHRIST. And we must be wearing the wedding gown, the white raiment, the fine linen, clean & bright symbolized by the righteous acts of the saints (Rev. 19:8).

This DARKENED LOGIC of yours is a result of your Church that preaches to convince people, and NOT to preach God's Truth. This means that you and your Church are IGNORANT of God's MYSTERY OF MARRIAGE (Ephesians 5:31-32).

Your reasoning and analogy is erroneous vis-a-vis the True Bible Teachings. The word FIANCEE is not mentioned in authoritative Bibles. The Bible calls our faithful relationship to Christ as either a WIFE or a BRIDE, never a FIANCEE.

But granting your argument, do you call a woman that is scheduled to be wed a FIANCEE? She is not yet married to her Man, but she is already called a BRIDE! That's why there is a popular saying, "Here comes the BRIDE!" And her Man is already called a BRIDEGROOM, not her Boyfriend.

When your beloved Lady accepted your Marriage Proposal, the two (2) of you entered into the First Phase of Marriage, which is called BETROTHAL.

Betrothal is very different from the Marriage Engagement between sweethearts of today. Betrothal is legally binding. The persons involved are already considered as having a Legal Marriage.

In other words, the BETROTHAL is the First Phase of the 3-Phases of the Marriage Covenant. It has to do with CONSECRATION.

For the Physical Marriage, this means that the Bridegroom is not free to court or have another marital relationship with another woman. It's the same with the betrothed wife; she is not free to be courted or to have marital relationship with another Man.

It's the same with the Spiritual Marriage between CHRIST and His BRIDE. There is no wedding yet; but there is already a schedule of the wedding. In fact, wedding invitations are already sent.

That's why in Revelation 19:7, those who qualify for the wedding are not called Church anymore. Collectively, they are already called the WIFE or the BRIDE OF CHRIST, who made Herself ready for the coming MARRIAGE OF THE LAMB (Revelation 19:7).
  • Let us rejoice, be glad, and give Him glory, because the MARRIAGE of The LAMB has COME and HIS BRIDE has MADE HERSELF READY. (Rev 19:7 ISV)
The Marriage does not happen yet, but they are already called by God as the BRIDE OF CHRIST!

LISTEN TO GOD, NOT to deceptive Men of this deceived World, Mr. Cuizon!
