HI, I have a question to ask. As per the Bible there are some confusion of Semen spilling out which refers to Genesis 38:8-10 in the Bible. So when a husband and wife have sex does the semen spilling have any spiritual consequences? How about the usage of condoms?

Dear Sir, Your explanation of having an emission when having sex iss what I understood from the first time I read it: that "emission" is spilling outside the vagina. Read what the word of God Jesus Christ said in His pre-incarnate Person, the Word:
When Onan went in unto (Tamar) he withdrew and destroyed his seed on the ground. God was displeased and slew him.
The offense of refusing to perform the duty of the brother-in-law was not punished by death but by public humiliation. Refusing to obey one's father was not punished by death but by chastisement - the "rod." Only the deliberate or negligent destruction of the semen received the death penalty. In the example the LORD Himself Personally administered the penalty, apparently the instant Onan's semen left his member. Some modern versions have it that Onan committed this sin against nature many times before the LORD struck him but the old reliable versions have him dropping dead on the spot.
