Q1. Where does the Bible say we must strive to weave our own Holy Garment?
A1. For you, and anyone who wants to be saved and enter the Kingdom of God, you must strive to weave your own holy Garment of Salvation made of the Supernal Light, which is supplied by the transfigured Christ every time you do a righteous deed (Isaiah 60:1-2). 

• Arise, SHINE; for THY LIGHT IS COME, and The GLORY OF THE LORD IS RISEN UPON THEE. (Isa 60:1 KJV)

• ...DARKNESS shall cover the Earth, and Gross DARKNESS the people: but The LORD shall arise upon thee, and His Glory shall be seen upon thee. (Isa 60:2 KJV)

These Righteous Acts or WORKS of Righteousness is also called the NEEDLEWORK, according to the Messianic Kabbalah design of God's Tabernacle (Exodus 26:36). 

You shall make a screen for the door of the tent, of Blue, and Purple, and Scarlet, and FINE twined bleached LINEN, WORKED with NEEDLEWORK. (Exo 26:36 MKJV)

This Kabbalistic Needleworks are our individual Righteous Works to Tailor or Sew our individual Holy Garment of Salvation (Ecclesiastes 3:1, 7, Philippians 2:12).

• To every thing there is a Season, and a Time to every purpose under the Heaven: (Ecc 3:1 KJV)

• A Time to rend, and a TIME TO SEW; a Time to keep silence, and a TIME TO SPEAK; (Ecc 3:7 KJV) 

• For the [MESSIANIC KABBALAH] VISION is for an appointed TIME…at the END-TIME IT SHALL SPEAK, and NOT LIE… (Hab 2:3 KJV)

• So then, my Dear Friends…WORK OUT YOUR OWN SALVATION with Fear and Trembling. (Php 2:12 HCSB)

This Needlework or the Weaving/Sewing  of the Garment of Salvation is an individual effort, not a group effort; although the group can help the individual members.

Therefore, STRIVE to weave your Robe of Salvation or Wedding Garment to be accepted in the coming Marriage Banquet of Christ (Revelation 19:7-9, Luke 13:24-25).

MAKE EVERY EFFORT to ENTER THROUGH THE NARROW DOOR, because I tell you, MANY WILL TRY TO ENTER and WON'T BE ABLE once the Homeowner gets up and SHUTS The DOOR. (Luk 13:24-25 HCSB)
