Women have been fighting the fight for equality for a long time, lets not make everything harder on everyone by keeping our heads in the sand and staying trapped in the past.
These kinds of comments are very unhealthy for the world, very unhealthy for woman-kind everywhere, and very unhealthy for society. The world has changed since the Bible was written, and I'm sure the Lord understands that.
Neither sex is inferior to the other, each sex has their own strengths and weaknesses. Christianity should be here to strengthen everyone, not put down someone and make them feel inferior because they have a vagina.
If you have a daughter, mother, sister, wife, you wouldn't want her to feel inferior to anyone, you would want her to have the world's opportunities at her fingertips, you might even want her to be independent. That is true love.
Loving your daughter, sister, wife, or mother is not saying, "I want you to be subjected and inferior and under the control of a man your entire life, because that is your only role and your only possibility." That doesn't seem like love to me.

Emma, your Human Reasoning and Logic are very carnal and worldly. Your comments are very unhealthy to every woman in this World; as they are all in rebellion to God's Word. Nevertheless, you are right in saying that, "The world has changed since the Bible was written, and I'm sure the Lord understands that."
Surely, The LORD understands that; but, He don't accepts that. That is, The LORD God will never accept WICKED WAYS and UNRIGHTEOUS THOUGHTS similar to your Fallen Human Reasonings and Logic (Isaiah 55:7-9).
- Let the WICKED FORSAKE HIS WAY, and the UNRIGHTEOUS MAN HIS THOUGHTS: and LET HIM RETURN UNTO THE LORD, and He will have MERCY upon him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. (Isa 55:7 KJV)
- For MY THOUGHTS are NOT Your Thoughts, neither are Your ways MY WAYS, saith the LORD. (Isa 55:8 KJV)
