Lope Columna: Don't give in to such depressed spirit. I have also experienced it before. But my logic then is: if I die, then I just waste my precious Life. Why not use this Life for something of value, especially for God. And whatever hardship or suffering I may encounter later, so what? Anyway, I want to die. So, by that logic I was able to convert the negative to positive.
When you die by suicide, you will face God your Creator. What will you answer Him? So, its better to use or invest our life here on Earth for something of value.
Rajeev Nair: Because am not OK with my hpv, herpes, but still show symptoms. My marriage is already fix, why should I spoil one innocent girl life. If I will die all problems solved.
Lope Columna: No. Suicide will not solve your problem; it will even complicate matters! As I said, how will you answer God when He ask you about the LIFE that He loaned to you? Your life is not really your own! It is God's. He is the only one who has the right to take it away (Ecclesiastes 7:17).

My problem is about my fiance, if I want cheat her. But, my mind says why you spoil one innocent girl. She is poor and innocent I will give money for my fiance for ornaments.
Lope Columna: Keep on praying to God the Father, ask Him for divine help. Always read the Bible, even before you go to sleep. And avoid pornography, looking at sexy women. Train your eyes to be selective of what they will see.

Lope Columna: Have a regular walking and jogging exercise for about 30 minutes to 1 hour everyday, every morning (under sunshine). Regular Exercise will greatly help you to recover.
