Q634: When is The Sabbath Day According To The Messianic Kabbalah Teachings?

Sir Lope, I have a question. Because as a Roman Catholic, our teachings about the Sabbath day is on the 7th day of the week. Our religion practices it on the Sunday. But the Bible did not specifically says when the Sabbath is.

When is the Sabbath Day according to the Messianic Kabbalah Teachings?

Amabelle Aliviado: Thank you, Sir Lope! This had confused me for weeks now about the Sabbath, and I have also read in the Bible. In Matthew 28, it says about the resurrection of Christ and it reads, " after the Sabbath, as Sunday morning was dawning, Mary Magdalene and Mary went to the tomb..." 

I am just so curious why the Vatican and Roman Catholic practices considers Sunday as the day of rest and have been practiced for years by faithful devotees.

Lope Columna: The changing of Saturday to Sunday was prophesied to happen (Daniel 7:25).

• And he shall speak great words against the Most High, and shall wear out the Saints of the Most High, and THINK TO CHANGE TIMES AND LAWS: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. (Dan 7:25 KJV)

But, God Almighty will bring back the Truth about Sabbath-Keeping, and other Teachings and Doctrines (Daniel 2:20-22).

• Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the Name of God for ever and ever: for [MESSIANIC KABBALAH] WISDOM and Might are His:(Dan 2:20  KJV)

• And HE CHANGETH THE TIMES AND THE SEASONS: He removeth Kings, and setteth up Kings: He giveth [MESSIANIC KABBALAH] WISDOM unto the Wise, and Knowledge to them that know Understanding: (Dan 2:21 KJV)

• HE REVEALETH THE DEEP and SECRET THINGS: He knoweth what is in the Darkness, and the Light dwelleth with Him. (Dan 2:22 KJV)
