Q29: WHAT IS YOUR REACTION WHEN BRO. ELI OF 'ANG DATING DAAN' SAID THAT JESUS CHRIST DIED ON THE CROSS BECAUSE OF HIS OWN SELF-WILL?

Since malapit na po ang Holy Week for Christians and Passover for Jews, my only question:
  1. What is your reaction when Bro. Eli of Ang Dating Daan said that Jesus Christ died on the Cross because of his own self-will?
  2. And regarding po sa debate niya with Jeffrey Del Mundo na ang Dios daw may puwet. I guess to say that is a form of being very rude with God. Please correct me if I am wrong okay. I am open to corrections also.
Thanks!!!

Q1. What is your reaction when Bro. Eli of Ang Dating Daan that Jesus Christ died on the Cross because of his own self-will?

A1. Matthew 26:39, 42,
and 44 prove, that, it is NOT the self-will of Christ to die in the cross. It was God the Father's will. It is the will of Christ to avoid the death on the cross, as He prayed to the Father, "if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me."
  • Going a little farther, Christ fell facedown and prayed, "My Father! If it is possible, let this cup pass from Me. Yet not as I will, but as You will."  (Mat 26:39 HCSB)
  • Again, a second time, He went away and prayed, "My Father, if this cannot pass unless I drink it, Your will be done."  (Mat 26:42)
  • After leaving them, He went away again and prayed a third time, saying the same thing once more.  (Mat 26:44)
Christ even prayed the same request to the Father 3 times, hoping that His request of NOT to die on the cross would be granted by the Father. This shows how strong is the will of Christ NOT to die the painful death on the cross. But the Father's final decision is that Christ should really pass thru that painful death on the cross. Christ, as a very obedient son to His Father, He submitted to the will of the Father that He should die on the cross. As Christ said, "Yet, not as I will, but as You will."

So, to answer your first question, Mr. Soriano is WRONG.

Q2. And regarding po sa debate niya with Jeffrey Del Mundo na ang Dios daw may puwet. I guess to say that is a form of being very rude with God.

A2. CHRIST as a GOD, being the ADAM KADMON from Heaven, Mr. Soriano is CORRECT

That is, being in the Image of a Man, God has "Puwet." This is illustrated by the Throne of God where a Human Overcomer will sit, as Christ is sitting in The FATHER'S Throne (Revelation 3:21).
  • To him who overcomes I will grant to SIT with ME IN MY THRONE, even as I also overcame and have SAT DOWN with MY FATHER IN HIS THRONE. (Rev 3:21 MKJV)

  1. What do ADD say about Tithings? Why they are opposing this while it is in Malakias?

  3. ..we need not to read litterally that Jesus sitteth in the right hand seat of the Father...it God the Father sitteth upon His throne

By bibkicab wisdom .one can perceive such, even in soirituas stature,...sitting means your body has the calabity to sit. (by using your body motion of how to seat
