Q747: How Can You Say That The END-TIME ELIJAH Is Still To Come? Jesus said Elijah Has Already Come. And The Disciples Understood That It Was John The Baptist.

Matthew 17:10-13
10 So the disciples questioned Him, “Why then do the Scribes say that Elijah must come first?”
11 “Elijah is coming and will restore everything,” He replied.
12 “But I tell you: Elijah has already come, and they didn’t recognize him. On the contrary, they did whatever they pleased to him. In the same way the Son of Man is going to suffer at their hands.”
13 Then the disciples understood that He spoke to them about John the Baptist.

In these verses we cannot read the END-TIME ELIJAH as you have said. In fact, as Jesus replied in Verse 12, He said Elijah has already come. In Verse 13 the Disciples understood that Jesus spoke about John the Baptist, How can you say that it is the END-TIME ELIJAH?

Lope Columna God's Bible is not what you think. There are many "DEEP THINGS OF GOD" HIDDEN deep in the Bible which you can never know unless God reveals them to you. And if you don't know those Mysteries of God's Kingdom, you can never know the Bible! If you insist that you know the Bible, then you are DECEIVED!

The BIBLE is not like an ordinary textbook that you buy in a bookstore; that, after reading it literally, you may say: now I know. No, you still don't know! As the Apostle Paul said, "YOU KNOW NOTHING YET" (1Corinthians 8:2).

Please be reminded that there are Two (2) Categories/Classifications of the Major Concepts and Milestones in God's Master Plan. Thus, we have:

1. The First Birth & the 2nd Birth (Born Again). 
2. The First Death & the 2nd Death.
3. The First Coming of Christ & the 2nd Coming of Christ.
4. The First (Physical) Gospel & the 2nd (Spiritual) Gospel; etc.

The FIRSTs of these Two (2) Classifications are always DECREASED in Power, Spirit, Glory, and Significance compared to the 2nd Category or Milestone, which is always in the INCREASED mode.

THE SPIRIT AND POWER OF ELIJAH CAN BE DECREASED OR INCREASED

This unique Power and Spirit of Elijah can be Decreased or INCREASED as it is transferred to someone else. Thus, it was Decreased when it was given to John the Baptist during the time of Christ First Coming (John 3:30).

• Christ must INCREASE, but I must Decrease. (John 3:30 MKJV)

And, it was INCREASED (Doubled) when it was transferred to ELISHA, who typifies the 21st Century End-Time ELIJAH; preparing the Way for the 2nd Coming of Christ (2King 2:9, Malachi 3:1-5). 

• Elijah said to Elisha, "Tell me what I can do for you before I am taken from you." So Elisha answered, "Please, let there be a DOUBLE Portion of your Spirit on me." (2King 2:9)

JOHN THE BAPTIST WAS THE ELIJAH OF CHRIST'S FIRST COMING (AS A HUMAN IN THE FLESH)

In the First Coming of Christ, John the Baptist fulfilled the First Part of Malachi 4:5-6 (with a lower intensity), which is the Prophecy of the Elijah Work and Ministry before the coming of the Great and Dreadful day of the LORD. John the Baptist is the Elijah of Christ's First Coming.

In the Human Flesh, Christ was decreased in Power and Glory relative to His former Glory with The Father before the World was. This was necessary for Him to suffer and die for the Salvation of Mankind. So the Spirit and Power of Elijah given to John the Baptist was also decreased to the point that he will not be recognized, and he also suffered. So, if there is a suffering Messiah, there is also the corresponding suffering Elijah (Matthew 17:12-13). 

• ...ELIJAH (in the Person of John the Baptist) has already come, and they didn't recognize him... they did whatever they pleased to him. In the same way the Son of Man is going to suffer at their hands." (Mat 17:12)

• Then the Disciples understood that He spoke to them about John the Baptist. (Mat 17:13)

Thus, in the First Coming of Christ the prophecies of Malachi 4:5-6 and Luke 1:16-17 were partially fulfilled by John the Baptist in the First Century (Matthew 17:12-13). At this time, John the Baptist received the Spirit and Power of Elijah in a decreased intensity level; because of the lower human status of the Messiah at that time. In addition, John the Baptist's job is only for the Children of Israel, not including the Gentiles (Luke 1:16).

The FILIPINO MAN WAS THE END-TIME ELIJAH OF CHRIST'S 2ND COMING (AS KING of Kings & LORD of Lords)

The FULL FULFILLMENT of Malachi 4:5-6 and Luke 1:16-17 are to be to be accomplished by the Filipino "MAN FROM THE FAR EAST COUNTRY" => The Philippines (Isaiah 46:11). 

• Calling a ravenous bird from the EAST, the MAN that EXECUTETH MY COUNSEL from a FAR COUNTRY... (Isa 46:11 KJV)

The Global Preaching (EXECUTION) of God's COUNSEL of MESSIANIC KABBALAH WISDOM revealed to God-Chosen Filipino Man restores Everything. In other words, the 21st Century End-Time ELIJAH will RESTORE EVERYTHING, which the First-Century John the Baptist did not do (Matthew 17:11). 

• ELIJAH IS COMING and WILL RESTORE EVERYTHING," Christ replied. (Mat 17:11 HCSB) 

This is to happen just before the 2nd Coming of Christ as the Spirit God-King Messiah in the 21st Century End-Time generation (Matthew 24:30, Mark 9:1, Malachi 4:5-6).

• I WILL SEND YOU ELIJAH the Prophet before the coming of the GREAT and DREADFUL DAY of The LORD: (Mal 4:5 KJV)

• And HE SHALL TURN THE HEART OF THE FATHERS TO THE CHILDREN, and the Heart of the Children to their Fathers, lest I come and smite the Earth with a CURSE (utter Destruction) (Mal 4:6 KJV)

In the New Testament (Luke 1:16-17):

• And many of the CHILDREN of ISRAEL shall he TURN to The LORD their God. (Luk 1:16 KJV)

• HE shall go before Him in the SPIRIT and POWER of  ELIJAH, to turn the Hearts of the Fathers to the Children, and the DISOBEDIENT to the [MESSIANIC KABBALAH] WISDOM of the JUST, to make ready a people prepared for The Lord. (Luk 1:17 MKJV)
