A4. In this 21st Century End-Time, The Holy Spirit is always available and ready to help Men in their obedience to God's Commandments, and search for the TRUTH. 

It is the job of the Holy Spirit to guide and teach Men the Supernal Revelations of Christ's heavy Messianic Kabbalah Truth (John 16:12-14, 1Corinthians 2:9-10).

BUT, CARNAL MEN HINDER THE HOLY SPIRIT

The problem is on the side of carnal men. They would not allow the Holy Spirit to guide them. They even quench the Holy Spirit (1Thessalonians 5:19).

Quench not the Spirit - ...The Holy Spirit is the source of true devotion, and hence the enkindlings of piety in the heart, by the Spirit, are never to be quenched. If it is to be made to burn, it must be nourished with proper care and attention. It may appear that God's Church have been prevailed upon by Hell. But it is only in appearance, not in Truth and Reality.

A2. It's because of the SIN of Mankind, particularly, of being unfaithful to God. That is, Mankind leaving the First Love, or the AGAPE LOVE of God (Hosea 6:7).

The Holy Messianic Kabbalah cannot dwell for so long in a sinful environment. In addition, God's awesome Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom is the MEASURING REED that will identify and separate the Wheat from the Chaff, the Wise Virgins from the Foolish Virgins, the Righteous from the Wicked, and those who served God, and those who do not serve Him (Malachi 3:18, Matthew 25:2-4, Revelation 11:1).
