Q556: The Bible Speaks To The SHAME of Those Who Believed That Christiand & Jews Should Not Judge!

Reactions from the Article: The SEXUAL ARENA IS THE MAIN WAR ZONE THAT WILL TEST THE CHARACTER, FAITHFULNESS, AND UNLEAVENING EFFORT OF EVERY CHRISTIAN & JEW!
Jane Watimar Cuenca and Samuel Galdamez likes this.

Who are we and who are you to judge and condemn people? When The Lord Himself said "Do not judge and you will not be judge. Do not condemn and you will not be condemned."

Micah Buenvenida

Today, carnal Christians and Jews are discouraging People and themselves to avoid Judging. They usually based this Wrong Belief on the misunderstanding of Matthew 7:1-2.
  • JUDGE NOT, that YOU MAY NOT BE JUDGED. (Mat 7:1 MKJV)
The ALBERT BARNES' NOTES ON THE BIBLE, says:
Judge not ... - This command refers to rash, censorious, and unjust judgment. See Rom_2:1. Luke Luk_6:37 explains it in the sense of “condemning.” Christ does not condemn judging as a magistrate, for that, when according to justice, is lawful and necessary. Nor does he condemn our “forming an opinion” of the conduct of others, for it is impossible “not” to form an opinion of conduct that we know to be evil. But what he refers to is a habit of forming a judgment hastily, harshly, and without an allowance for every palliating circumstance, and a habit of “expressing” such an opinion harshly and unnecessarily when formed. It rather refers to private judgment than “judicial,” and perhaps primarily to the customs of the scribes and Pharisees. -- BARNES

EVERYONE IS ADVISED NOT TO JUDGE IN AN UNJUST, CARNAL WAY

The True meaning of Matthew 7:1-2 is only applicable to a Carnal, Selfish (Egoistic) Person or his Judgment.
  • For with WHATEVER JUDGMENT you judge, YOU SHALL BE JUDGED; and with WHATEVER MEASURE YOU MEASURE OUT, it shall BE MEASURED TO YOU AGAIN. (Mat 7:2 MKJV)
The JAMIESON, FAUSSET, and BROWN Commentary, says:
For with what judgments ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete — whatever standard of judgment ye apply to others.

it shall be measured to you again — This proverbial maxim is used by our Lord in other connections - as in Mar_4:24, and with a slightly different application in Luk_6:38 - as a great principle in the divine administration. Unkind judgment of others will be judicially returned upon ourselves, in the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ. But, as in many other cases under the divine administration, such harsh judgment gets self-punished even here. For people shrink from contact with those who systematically deal out harsh judgment upon others - naturally concluding that they themselves may be the next victims - and feel impelled in self-defense, when exposed to it, to roll back upon the assailant his own censures. -- JFB

DON'T BASED YOUR HARSH JUDGMENT ON ACTIONS & ATTITUDES YOU ARE ALSO GUILTY OF
  • Therefore you are without excuse, O man, everyone who judges; for in that in which you judge another, YOU CONDEMN YOURSELF, for YOU WHO JUDGE DO THE SAME THINGS. (Rom 2:1 MKJV)
  • JUDGE NOT, and YE SHALL NOT BE JUDGED: CONDEMN NOT, and YE SHALL NOT BE CONDEMNED: Forgive, and ye shall be Forgiven: (Luk 6:37 KJV)
SHAMEFUL RESULT OF THE WRONG BELIEF OF "JUDGE NOT, SO YOU WILL NOT BE JUDGED"

This wrong belief of "JUDGE NOT, so you will NOT BE JUDGED" pervades the entire Christendom, such that, if there are conflicts between themselves, they go to the Courts of UNBELIEVERS to Judge between them. This is to their SHAME (1Corinthians 6:1, 4-7)!
  • DARE ANY OF YOU, having a matter against another, GO TO LAW BEFORE THE UNJUST, and not before the Saints? (1Cor 6:1 KJV)
  • If, then, you truly have judgments of the things of this life, set those who are least esteemed in the Church to JUDGE. (1Cor 6:4 MKJV)
  • But BROTHER GOES TO LAW WITH BROTHER, and that BEFORE the UNBELIEVERS. (1Cor 6:6 MKJV)
  • Indeed then THERE IS ALREADY ON THE WHOLE A FAILURE AMONG YOU, that YOU HAVE LAWSUITS with YOURSELVES. (1Cor 6:7 MKJV)
  • I SPEAK TO YOUR SHAME. Is it so, that there is not a WISE MAN among you? no, not one that shall be ABLE TO JUDGE BETWEEN HIS BRETHREN? (1Cor 6:5 KJV)
THE GOAL AND MISSION OF EVERY TRUE CHRISTIAN & JEW IS TO JUDGE, EVEN RIGHTEOUSLY!
  • But HE WHO IS SPIRITUAL JUDGES ALL THINGS, yet he himself is judged by no one. (1Cor 2:15 MKJV)
  • Do you not know that The SAINTS SHALL JUDGE THE WORLD? And if the world shall be judged by you, ARE YOU UNWORTHY TO JUDGE THE SMALLEST MATTERS? (1Cor 6:2 MKJV)
  • Do you not know that WE SHALL JUDGE ANGELS, not to mention the things of this Life? (1Cor 6:3 MKJV)
