Ano po ang ibig sabihin ng Romans 10:9; "if you confess the Lord Jesus, and BELIEVE in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved."?

Let's see the Scriptures in question (Romans 10:9).

• What does it say? "The [KABBALISTIC] WORD is near you, even in your mouth and in your heart"; that is, the Word of [KABBALISTIC] FAITH which we proclaim; (Rom 10:8 MKJV)

• Because if you confess the Lord Jesus, and BELIEVE in your heart that God has raised Him from the Dead, you shall be saved. (Rom 10:9 MKJV)

• For with the Heart one BELIEVES unto Righteousness, and with the Mouth one confesses unto Salvation. (Rom 10:10 MKJV)

• For the Scripture says, "Everyone BELIEVING on Him shall not be put to shame." (Rom 10:11 MKJV)

Romans 10:9 means that you must believed or continued on to Christ's high Heavenly Teaching after He was resurrected from the Dead by God The FATHER. Previously, as a Human Being, Christ's Teachings are in the Human or Earthly Level. Yes, Christ has 2 Levels of Teachings necessary for Eternal Salvation: 

1. His Earthly Teachings.
2. His Heavenly Teachings. 

You must believe and know both, especially, the Heavenly Teachings of Christ that must be told or taught only after His Resurrection from the Dead (Matthew 17:9).

As they came down from the Mountain, Jesus commanded them, saying, tell the [TRANSFIGURATION] VISION to no one UNTIL THE SON OF MAN HAS RISEN FROM THE DEAD. (Mat 17:9 MKJV)

These Heavenly Teachings of Christ are embodied in God's MESSIANIC KABBALAH WISDOM that must be learned before one is given Eternal Salvation.
