Yes, Timothy. An unmarried man can commit adultery, if he marry, or if he has sexual intercourse with a Married or Divorced Woman (Matthew 5:32). 

• …whoever puts away his wife, EXCEPT for the cause of  SEXUAL IMMORALITY, makes her an ADULTERESS; and WHOEVER MARRIES HER when she is put away COMMITS ADULTERY. (Mat 5:32 HNV)

But, if that woman is a widow, or her husband had already died, then, it is not adultery to have sexual relation with her (Romans 7:2-3).

• For THE WOMAN which hath an HUSBAND is BOUND by the LAW TO HER HUSBAND so long as he LIVETH; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the Law of her husband. (Rom 7:2 KJV)
