A1. Yes, Christians and Jews must strive to obey God's 613 Commandments given to Mankind. This is the main reason why in the last Book of the Old Testament, God commanded each of us to "REMEMBER (and OBEY)" the FORGOTTEN  Mosaic Law, Statutes, and Judgments" (Malachi 4:4). 

• REMEMBER YE THE LAW OF MOSES My Servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, WITH the STATUTES and JUDGMENTS. (Mal 4:4 KJV)

Otherwise, SINS will continue to deceive Mankind resulting to the continuing DEATH and DESTRUCTION of People (Genesis 2:17, Proverbs 14:12, 16:25, Hosea 4:6). 

• My PEOPLE are DESTROYED for LACK of  [MESSIANIC KABBALAH] KNOWLEDGE... Since YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN the LAW OF YOUR GOD... (Hos 4:6 MKJV) 

THE COMPLETE OBEDIENCE TO ALL OF GOD'S 613 COMMANDMENTS IS APPLICABLE ONLY INSIDE JERUSALEM (Upper NEW JERUSALEM & Lower Jerusalem)

There are some Commandments out of the 613 that are applicable ONLY while one is living INSIDE JERUSALEM. That is, all the 613 Commandments of the Mosaic Law, Statutes, and Judgments are applicable only when you are inside Jerusalem. These include some of the Commandments about Marriage, Kingship, and Government.  

But, everyone must strive to obey the TEN COMMANDMENTS wherever they are. But, each one of us must strive to obey the TEN COMMANDMENTS in the Spiritual intent of God's Law, not according to the old literal writings of the Law (2Corinthians 3:6, Romans 7:6).

• ...NOT of the LETTER, but of the SPIRIT; for the Letter KILLS, but the SPIRIT produces LIFE. (2Cor 3:6 HCSB) 

• ...that we may SERVE IN THE NEW WAY OF THE SPIRIT and NOT in the old LETTER OF THE LAW.  (Rom 7:6 HCSB)

And because every Christian is not living inside Jerusalem, and because of the weakness of the flesh; no one except Jesus Christ, who is The Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom in Person, is able to obey them all. That's why we need Christ as our Personal Savior with the complete obedience of Christ to the 613 Commandments and submission to the  WILL of GOD The FATHER (1Corinthians 1:30).

• But of Him are YE IN CHRIST JESUS, who of God is made unto us [MESSIANIC KABBALAH] WISDOM, and RIGHTEOUSNESS, and SANCTIFICATION, and REDEMPTION: (1Cor 1:30 KJV)

1Corinthians 1:30 makes every Human Being potentially qualified to be Saved by Christ. SALVATION/REDEMPTION by Christ means that Christ's complete OBEDIENCE to the 613 Commandments was imputed to each of those who repented and were purified by obedience to MESSIANIC KABBALAH WISDOM of God's Laws, Commandments, Statutes, and Judgments  (Malachi 4:4, John 8:42, 14:15). 

• Jesus said to them, IF GOD WERE YOUR FATHER, YOU WOULD LOVE ME, for I went forth and came from God; for I did not come of Myself, but He sent Me. (Joh 8:42 MKJV) 

• IF YOU LOVE (Greek AGAPAO) ME, KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS. (Joh 14:15 MKJV)

OBEDIENCE TO GOD'S LAW, 613 COMMANDMENTS, STATUTES & JUDGMENTS, ARE NECESSARY TO OCCUPY HIGH POSITIONS IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD

Dedicated obedience to God's Law (Torah), 613 Commandments, Statutes, and Judgments are necessary to enter the Heavenly Jerusalem. This is why GOD commanded each one of us to Remember and Obey them all for our Transformation and Elevation to occupy the High Positions of Authority and Leadership in the Kingdom of God. The New Jerusalem from Heaven is the Kingdom of God (Malachi 4:4, John 14:2-3.
