The ORIGIN OF THE WORD 'PORNOGRAPHY'
   
A1. According to the American Heritage Dictionary, the etymology of PORNOGRAPHY is from the French pornographie, from pornographe, pornographer, from Late Greek pornographos. These are all about Prostitutes: Porne, Prostitute. The Greek word PORNE is the feminine of PORNOS => A Male prostitute.
  
The word Porneuo (G4203) means to act the harlot, that is, (literally) indulge unlawful lust (of either sex), or (figuratively) practise idolatry. This is where the English word PORNOGRAPHY came from! Thus, Fornication means to be utterly unchaste => To give one's self over to sexual immorality!

The above definitions and description of FORNICATION fall squarely to all forms of pornography in the world today. These include the Internet Pornography that is so widespread and of easy access to everyone.

WHY IS SEX SO POWERFUL AND TEMPTING? IT IS BECAUSE SEX IS OF THE HOLY ENERGY, AND IT IS THE SIGN OF GOD'S HOLY COVENANT!

The Pleasure of Holiness is so powerful that it gives life and puts in order the Whole Universe, and everything therein! The absence or misuse of this Holy Energy creates an opposite (negative) power and pleasure that corrupts, and leads to all kinds of PERVERSIONS and CURSES:
  1. Homosexuality, LGBT's, Same-Sex Marriages
  2. Marriage and Family Problems (Divorce, Broken Homes, Teen Pregnancies, Abortions, etc.). 
  3. Sexual Diseases (AIDS/HIV, Syphilis, etc.). 
  4. Accidents, Destruction, and Death. 
  5. Climate Change Extreme Disasters. 
Use sex in a Holy Way, and you will reap the benefits of pleasure and blessings that will give you life, happiness, and fulfillment in this world, and in the world to come.

Use Sex in an Unholy Way, and you will reap the corrupted pleasures and curses that will lead you to shame, AIDS/HIV, broken marriage and family, delinquent children, and the downfall of your career in this world. And in the next world, your destination is sure to be in Gehenom, or Hell! To avoid all these curses, you must repent of those sexual sins, and start to purify your sexual life.

Having the Holy Sexual Desire is NOT FORNICATION if the Couple live FAITHFULLY with their espouses. Each Couple is already a Husband and Wife. The unnecessary guilt that concerned couples are experiencing is due to the wrong teaching of the Churches about the subject of Fornication.

All man-made Churches teach that a couple living together (live-in) without "legal" marriage is already committing Fornication. But the Bible does not teach this doctrine. The definition of FORNICATION today is man-made, NOT according to God's definition.

For your question no. 2, let's listen to what CHRIST said in Matthew 5:28-29.
 
A2. I say unto you, That WHOSOEVER LOOKETH ON A WOMAN TO LUST after her hath committed ADULTERY with her already in his heart.  (Mat 5:28 KJV)
  
ADULTERY is a SIN; a Great SIN equivalent to IDOLATRY in the Spiritual Dimension.

Q854: Some say POLYGAMY Was Allowed Under The OLD COVENANT and Disallowed Under The NEW COVENANT. Is IT True? What Is Your UNDERSTANDING?



Hi, How are you? I have a question on Polygamy. 

Some say Polygamy was allowed under the OLD COVENANT and disallowed under the NEW COVENANT. IS IT TRUE? WHAT IS YOUR UNDERSTANDING? 

They quote 1Timothy 3:2,12 and Titus 1:6 to prove their point.

Here are the Scriptures you quoted: 
  • A BISHOP then must be blameless, the HUSBAND OF ONE WIFE, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach; (1Timothy 3:2 KJV)
  • Let the DEACONS be the HUSBANDS OF ONE WIFE, ruling their Children and their own Houses well. (1Tim 3:12 KJV)
  • …ordain ELDERS in every City, as I had appointed thee: If any be blameless, the HUSBAND OF ONE WIFE, having faithful Children not accused of riot or unruly.  (Titus 1:6 KJV)
People, Pastors, and Churches are confused and deceived because they understood 1Timothy 3:2,12 and Titus 1:6 in a PHYSICAL Way (2Corinthians 11:3). 
  • But I FEAR that, as the SERPENT DECEIVED EVE by his CUNNING, your Minds may be corrupted from a COMPLETE and PURE DEVOTION to Christ. (2Cor 11:3 HCSB)
Looking at it in a SPIRITUAL Way changes the picture in a very different way! 

THE IGNORANCE OF THE GREAT MYSTERY OF MARRIAGE

In addition, they are IGNORANT of the Great Mystery of Marriage (Ephesians 5:31-32). 
  • …A MAN shall LEAVE HIS FATHER and MOTHER and shall be JOINED TO HIS WIFE, and the 2 of them shall be 1… This is a GREAT MYSTERY, but I speak concerning CHRIST and the CHURCH. (Eph 5:31-32 MKJV) 
Notice that the Great Mystery of Marriage concerns CHRIST and the CHURCH.  Now, the CHURCH is composed of NOT only one (1) Person or Woman; it is composed of Tens, Hundreds, Thousands, even Millions of People (Male and Female). Also, please be reminded that CHRIST will marry only the Five (5) WISE Virgins at His Return (Matthew 25:10).

  • IF ANY MAN have not the SPIRIT OF CHRIST, he is NONE OF HIS. (Rom 8:9 KJV)
  • IF CHRIST BE IN YOU, the Body is dead because of SIN; but the SPIRIT IS LIFE BECAUSE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS. (Rom 8:10 KJV)
Thus, the Spirit of POLYGAMY (Marrying more than one Spiritual  Pure Virgin Persons) is allowed both in the Old and NEW COVENANT. The Most Important THING is that of UNITY and ONENESS with CHRIST => The Ultimate (Spiritual) Husband of every Human Being who qualifies.
