The FEAST OF TRUMPETS or ROSH HASHANAH is the Birthday of Jewish Mankind, as Adam (Man) was originally created by God to be Jewish. 

Rosh Hashanah is also a Day of Judgment. During this time, God judges all Mankind (Jews and Gentiles alike) according to the quality or degree of Jewishness that every Person had done in his/her Earthly life. The standard of Jewishness used by the Heavenly Court in this Judgment proceedings is the Pure Jewishness of the First Adam (Immortal Life) before the First Sin, and/or the Supernal JEWISHNESS of the sinless CHRIST (Eternal Life).

According to Rabbi Brad Hirschfield: "ADAM and EVE, were born...during what the Bible calls the 7th month, TISHREI. And it is on the First Day of that 7th month when Rosh Hoshanah, the return to who we most yearn to be -- deserve to be -- is celebrated. In effect, Rosh Hoshanah affords each of us the opportunity to become Adam or Eve, to go back to the Beginning and start Fresh."

It is on this ROSH HASHANAH that the First SIN of Mankind was committed by the First Adam. This action resulted to the BAD quality and direction of Mankind's history in God's Master Plan. Thus, Adam & Eve were banished from the Garden of Eden to the outside World. This outside World, according to the Zohar, is a World of LIES, ILLUSIONS, and DEATH.

The DAY OF ATONEMENT (YOM KIPPUR) IS THE CELEBRATION OF ADAM'S REPENTANCE

So, God's "PLAN A" Failed (Genesis 2:17, 3:6). Nevertheless, the First Adam REPENTED of his SIN. This REPENTANCE was written and celebrated by the Feast of YOM KIPPUR or DAY of ATONEMENT (Leviticus 23:27).

• Also on the 10th Day of this 7th Month there shall be a DAY (Yom) OF ATONEMENT (Kippur): it shall be an Holy Convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls (Nephesh), and offer an offering made by Fire unto The LORD.  (Lev 23:27 KJV)

Now, God's "PLAN B" of His Master Plan For Mankind, which requires The MESSIAH, is now in FULL Force to redeem the Fallen Mankind.

The Yom Kippur objective is: To be NEAR and in CLOSE RELATIONSHIP with GOD The FATHER!
