2. And we also wanted to know about the Book of Thomas and Shepherd of Heramas; are they like the Book of 6th and 7th Book of Moses?

Concerning the Bible verses you asked; they mean Teaching a Child using BOTH TORAH and SPANKING. Teaching TORAH or the BIBLE should be done FIRST. If the Child will NOT Listen then, SPANKING should be done NEXT (Proverbs 13:24, Proverbs 23:13-14, Proverbs 29:15).

• HE WHO SPARES his ROD HATES his SON, but HE WHO LOVES HIM CHASTENS HIM early. (Pro 13:24 MKJV)

• DO NOT WITHHOLD CORRECTION from a BOY, for IF YOU BEAT HIM with the ROD, HE WILL NOT DIE. (Pro 23:13 MKJV)

• You shall BEAT HIM with the ROD, and shall DELIVER HIS SOUL from HELL. (Pro 23:14 MKJV)

• The ROD and REPROOF GIVE WISDOM: but A CHILD LEFT TO HIMSELF BRINGETH HIS MOTHER TO SHAME. (Pro 29:15 KJV) 

THE PAINFUL ROD OF CORRECTION (DISCIPLINE) WILL DRIVE AWAY THE NATURAL FOOLISHNESS FROM A MINOR

Every Child has that natural FOOLISHNESS that should be removed by teaching the Bible => The cleansing Word of God. If this is not effective, then the painful way of SPANKING should be applied next (Proverbs 22:15).

• FOOLISHNESS IS BOUND in the HEART of a CHILD; but the ROD OF CORRECTION shall Drive It far from him. (Pro 22:15 KJV)
