Vincent Cass-Labs To claim someone is "Called By God To Explain and Execute His Counsel" should be put to the test in the light of scripture. It seems to me, LOPE COLUMNA is just like a Felix Manalo of the INC claiming to be the chosen one by God to establish his church or the Helen White of the Mormon.
Thanks for your question, Mr. Leonardo. The answers to your question are truly needed in this 21st Century End-Time generation because there are lots of False Prophets and unauthorized Pastors and Preachers going around and deceiving many people.
It's because of the LACK or IGNORANCE of the True Knowledge or COUNSEL OF GOD, that many Prophets, Pastors, Priests, Rabbis, and Evangelists, became FALSE PROPHETS. They are twisting God's Scriptures bringing the people AWAY from GOD and toward DESTRUCTION (Hosea 4:1-6).
Therefore, "LAWLESSNESS multiplies," causing Man-Made Heinous Crimes, Betrayal, Hatred, Drug Addictions, Terrorism, Wars, etc. among many People and Nations. These are in addition to many Climate Change Disasters, Earthquakes, and other Natural Disasters (Matthew 24:4-12).
- Many False Prophets will rise up and deceive many. (Mat 24:11)
- Because LAWLESSNESS will multiply, the love of many will grow cold. (Mat 24:12)
- For we are not like the many who make a trade in God's message for profit, but as those with SINCERITY (Purity, Clearness), we speak in Christ, as from God and before God. (2Cor 2:17)
THE GOD-CHOSEN MAN FROM THE FAR EAST RESTORES GOD'S PURE TRUTH AND PREPARE THE WAY FOR THE GLORIOUS RETURN OF CHRIST!
To restore everything (Matthew 17:11) and prepare the way for the glorious return of The LORD Christ Jesus (Isaiah 40:3-5), God the Father spoke the prophecy of Isaiah 46:11 to reveal to the whole world His Secret Counsel, which is the greatest revelation in the Last Days. To fulfill this grand purpose, God the Father promised to call and use a Man from a Country in the Far East (the Philippines), to preach and execute His Counsel, which is actually the TRUE GOSPEL, to the whole world (Isaiah 46:11, Matthew 24:14, Revelation 14:6).
- I AM GOD, and there is None Like Me... saying, MY COUNSEL SHALL STAND...calling a ravenous Bird from the East, the Man that execute MY COUNSEL from a Far Country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it. (Isa 46:9-11 KJV)

ANYBODY CAN CLAIM ISAIAH 46:11. BUT DID GOD REVEAL TO THEM HIS SECRET COUNSEL?
In the Philippines, several Churches and their Filipino Founders claimed and are claiming that they are the fulfillment of Isaiah 46:11. They cannot be blamed for this claim because they can sense the Heat and Power of the Holy Spirit that is working in the Philippines => The prophesied Far East Country where God will call His End-Time Messenger => "The Man That Execute His Counsel." So, anybody from the Philippines can claim to be that prophesied "Man from the East to execute My (God's) Counsel" of Isaiah 46:11.
But, the litmus test is the key phrase, "MY COUNSEL," which means God's Counsel. Did God reveal to those claimants His Secret Counsel, which are the Deep Things of God (1Corinthians 2:10)?
The logic is that, whoever is that MAN in the Far East to whom God reveals His Secret Counsel, is the God-chosen Man -- "The Man That Execute My Counsel" (Isaiah 46:11, Amos 3:7, Psalms 25:14).
