Q94: DOES IT SAY IN THE BIBLE THAT WE MUST GO TO CHURCH ON SUNDAYS? Because Lately I've Been Feeling Like it's a False Church, and They Are Not Completely True With God.

Does it say it in the Bible that we must go to Church on Sundays?  Because lately I've been feeling like it's a False Church, and they are not completely true with God.

LOPE COLUMNA: NO. The Bible does not say that you go to Church on Sunday. The True Day of Worship, according to God, the Creator of the Creation Week, is the 7th Day of the Week (Genesis 2:2-3, Exodus 20:8). This 7th Day corresponds to our SATURDAY today. Sunday is the First Day of the week.

• And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made; and He RESTED (SHABATH) on the seventh day from all His work which He had made.  (Gen 2:2 KJV) 

• And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it He had RESTED (SHABATH) from all his work which God created and made.  (Gen 2:3 KJV)

• Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.  (Exo 20:8 MKJV) 

The 7th Day Sabbath is very important because it completes and preserves the entire Creation, which means the Whole Universe and everything therein, including us, every human being! 

THE 7TH DAY SABBATH: THE BLESSING DETERMINANT OF THE OTHER 6 DAYS OF THE WEEK!

In addition, this 7th Day Sabbath is the only day of the week wherein God pronounced a Blessing (Genesis 2:3), which means that the blessings of the other 6 days of Creation, depends on the Blessing that God gives to this 7th Day Sabbath. Sunday, the first day, was never blessed by God.

Applying the above truth to our day-to-day work, this means that the true success or failure (the degree of blessing or curse) of our efforts in the other 6 days of the week, depends on how we observe or keep the 7th Day Sabbath. In other words, whether God will bless or not our businesses, careers, and jobs, always depends on how we obey His command to "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy" (Exo 20:8).

If there is no Church in your area that observe the 7th Day Sabbath, you can just stay at home with your family, having a rest, communing with God, and studying His Bible.

Armando Madrid: In Heb. 4 God spoke of another day of rest that we must enter. Sabbath speaks of God's rest from His work. We must have faith that God can give us His rest.

Thus these Name studied in the seminary or any theological school the Name of YAHUWAH (YHWH) and YAHUWSHUA the Messiyah. Joel Ching: Sunday is not stated in any of the scriptures. Sunday Worship is a pagan practice in line with the Sun Day worship as the early pagans worship the sun (Mirthra). What we have is Sabboath in Hebrew a day of rest because everyday is a worship day (anytime too) Hayuwah commanded His believers and to remember His deeds and to tell His Name to all generation. Halleluyah Shalom!

Joel Ching: And what is a CHURCH? Compare to the Chapel (building). Go to Church maybe means go to the building or a chapel to worship. You can Worship Yahuwah even in your house. Yahuwah has no specific place for He is Omnipresence, Omnipotent and Omniscience.

Joel Ching: Maybe what more people means fellowship.. Go to church (building)for fellowship or assembly and then what happen then? After all it ends up of not worshiping the Creator. More lies and heresies you will be heard in the assembly. Study the scripture carefully paganism still existed. What are these pagan practices example...christmas, easter,valentines,sunday worship etc.

Lope Columna: Joel, it seems that you are stuck with the name that you keep on mentioning. Where did you get that "Yahuwshuwah" name? The Hebrew name of Jesus is YESHUA. And the Hebrew name of CHRIST is MESSIAH, or Moshiach, or Mashiach. These are the true Jewish name of Jesus Christ. Don't be concerned too much with the name you are using. The most important are the messages and truths that the LORD JESUS CHRIST is proclaiming. Besides. Jesus Christ is destined to have a NEW NAME: I will write on him... my own new name. (Rev 3:12 HNV). Surely, this NEW NAME is not the name you are stuck with.

Lope Columna: To Mr. Madrid: The REST mentioned in Hebrews 4 is the same SABBATH REST mentioned in the Books of Genesis and Exodus. They are one and the same. That's why Hebrews 4:1 says, "Therefore, while the promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear so that none of you should miss it. (HCSB)

The promise of the eternal Sabbath rest still remains; it is not changed or annulled. As there is now left a promise, let us fear. This means that GOD'S ORIGINAL PROMISE OF REST (SHABATH) REMAINS UNCHANGED, and still holds good. Such being the case, he who doubts the promise itself, or thinks that it is the Sabbath command is already done away, runs the risk of losing his/her Salvation!

For also we have had the gospel preached, as well as them. But the Word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. (Heb 4:2 MKJV)

  Joel Ching: Lope, the Name YESHUA is Joshua but the correct Hebrew of Joshua is Yahoshua and if your Jesus and Yeshua is the same the Greek for Jesus is Iesus and Iesus is Zeus. Lope Columna: Joel, as I suggested to you, "Don't be concerned too much with the name you are using. The most important are the messages and truths that the LORD JESUS CHRIST is proclaiming. Besides. Jesus Christ is destined to have a NEW NAME: I will write on him... my own new name. (Rev 3:12 HNV). Surely, this NEW NAME is not the name you are stuck with." I am preaching to the people of the world who knows only Jesus Christ as the name of the Messiah. Languages of the world today is impure; it will be purified sooner. Don't waste your time with the name you are stuck with. You are acting like the Jehovah's Witnesses who also, like you, is wasting their time preaching the name JEHOVAH. The most important thing is to be qualified in obtaining the NEW NAME of Jesus Christ, which is not known today.

Will it guarantee your salvation? The Demons know and believe also in the name of Christ even more than you do. "The demons also believe--and they shudder. Foolish man!
