My Brother, can you please tell me where in the Holy Bible say that if you DON'T TITHE you won't be saved?

Alex, there are lots of Scriptures in the Bible that says NOT TITHING would NOT save you or anyone. In other words, TITHING is a strict requirement for SALVATION! The First and Foremost of these is ISAIAH 6:13.
  • In it shall be a TENTH, and it shall return and be consumed like the Terebinth and like the Oak being felled, yet has its STUMP; The HOLY SEED (CHRIST) is its STUMP. (Isa 6:13 MKJV) 
This TITHE or FIRSTFRUIT of Mankind is called a REMNANT (Isaiah 6:13). In it shall be a TENTH, a certain small number, in comparison with the multitude that shall perish in their unbelief. Under the law, it will be God's proportion that they shall be consecrated to God as the Firstfruit and TITHES are. Concerning this TITHE, this Blessed Saved REMNANT have the following facts:
  1. That they shall return (Isaiah 6:13; Isaiah 10:21). This means that they shall return from SIN to GOD. 
  2. That they shall be EATEN, as the TITHE was MEAT or FOOD in God's House (Malachi 3:10). The saving of this Remnant shall be food to those who desire to enter the Kingdom of God. 
  3. As a TEREBINTH Tree and as an OAK Tree, whose substance is in them even when they cast their leaves. So, this Remnant, though they may be stripped of their outward prosperity, shall recover themselves. Though they fall, they shall not be utterly cast down. There is hope of a Tree, though it be cut down, that it will sprout again (Job 14:7).
The next Scripture/s of importance are NEHEMIAH 36-37 and REVELATION 14:4. 
  • We should bring the FIRSTFRUITS of our dough, and our offerings, and the fruit of all manner of trees, of wine and of oil, unto the Priests, to the chambers of the House of our God; and the TITHES of our ground unto the Levites… (Neh 10:37 KJV)
  • The Firstborn of our sons, and of our cattle, as it is written in the LAW, and the Firstlings of our herds and of our flocks, to bring to the house of our God, unto the Priests that minister in the House of our God: (Neh 10:36 KJV) 
  • These are those who were NOT DEFILED WITH WOMEN; for they are VIRGINS. These are those who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were redeemed from among men, as a FIRSTFRUIT To God and to The Lamb. (Rev 14:4 MKJV)
Only those who believed the True Gospel of Christ and regularly give TITHES to God via His True Servants will BE SAVED and blessed to belong to the 10% of Mankind's Population who ever lived. This means that the 90% of Mankind will be rejected by Christ. 

In other words, only a TITHE or 10% of the Population of the Human Race since the First Adam will be accepted Spiritually by the 2nd Adam => The KING MESSIAH Christ Jesus at His Return (Isaiah 6:13, Matthew 7:21-23).

Without God's MESSIANIC KABBALAH WISDOM, all the impressive Good Works and Charitable Deeds of those 90% are transformed into BAD. They ALL became just "FILTHY RAGS" before God (Isaiah 55:8-9, 64:6). They (Billions of People) will weep and gnash their teeth; as they are rejected by Christ (Luke 13:28-30).

Only a FEW will be saved, as MANY WILL FAIL TO ENTER the Narrow Door of Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom to the Kingdom of God (Matthew 7:21-23, Luke 13:23-29). 

OTHER SCRIPTURES SHOWING TITHE AS A STRICT REQUIREMENT FOR SALVATION

Every Person, Church, Religion, and Nation must know that the TITHE belongs to, and is owned by God (Leviticus 27:30).
  • All the TITHE of the Land, whether of the seed of the Land or of the Fruit of the Trees, is The LORD's.  (Lev 27:30 HNV) 
Thus, if the TITHE, including OFFERINGS, are not given to GOD, Christians, Jews, Churches, Religions, and Nations are Cursed. They are guilty of Robbing God (Malachi 3:8-9). 
  • WILL A MAN ROB GOD? Yet YOU ROB ME! But you say, 'How have we robbed you?' IN TITHES and OFFERINGS.  (Mal 3:8 HNV)
  • You are cursed with the Curse; for YOU ROB ME, EVEN THIS WHOLE NATION.  (Mal 3:9 HNV)
NO TITHE GIVING => DARKENS GOD'S COUNSEL => DARKENS PEOPLE'S MINDS
 
Today, God's command to give Him His Tithe is a controversy. Many Pastors, Priests, Evangelists, and Churches that are ignorant in Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom are twisting the Scriptures to their own destruction (2Peter 3:15-16).  

Their twisting of the Scriptures includes those Bible verses relating to TITHE; causing them to teach that giving TITHE today is not required anymore! They say that the command to give Tithe is only "for Israel", etc. => anything that their fallen ignorant minds can reason out to justify their disobedience to God's Command to give to Him His Tithe.

Thus, because of their lack of Knowledge about God's Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom, which is Light, these Religious Leaders became Blind. Therefore, they, and their Churches & Religions end up in Destruction (Hosea 4:6). Everyone that follows these Blind Leaders will also be destroyed (Matthew 15:14).

To awaken them out of their Blind Ignorance, God asks them the same question formerly directed to Job (Job 38:2). 
  • Who is this that DARKENETH COUNSEL BY WORDS WITHOUT [MESSIANIC KABBALAH] KNOWLEDGE? (Job 38:2 KJV)
Everyone should get out of their former ignorance, especially that regarding the Holy Tithe that belongs to the Holy God (Leviticus 27:30, 1Peter 1:14). 

The God-Chosen Filipino "Man From The FAR EAST", is spearheading this Global Restoration and Preaching of this TRUE GOSPEL of Christ. God now demand His Tithes and Offerings from People and Nations to finance His Great End-Time Elijah Work (Malachi 4:5-6, 3:10). 

Let's stop robbing God. Let's give Him the TITHES due Him. In addition, let's honor Him by giving Him our FreeWill Offerings. This is to finance His wonderful End-Time Elijah Work of True Gospel Restoration and Global Preaching (Matthew 24:14, Revelation 14:6). This is about the Global spread of MESSIANIC KABBALAH LIGHT to dispel the thick Darkness covering the People and Nations of the world.

IN SUMMARY: GOD will NEVER saved a Person who is a cursed ROBBER of His TITHE; that is, EVERYONE who is BLIND, DECEIVED, and IGNORANT about the TRUTH of TITHING. In other words, all those who are IGNORANT of God's MESSIANIC KABBALAH WISDOM from Heaven; will NOT BE SAVED!
