Why do you choose to take that verse in Numbers out of context? That chapter wasn't even talking about the afterlife. It was talking about the war the Israelites had with Midian. After they obtained the spoil, the command was to burn the gold and the silver to eliminate the impurities from it. It wasn't talking about purgatory at all.

This means that if you are fully purified by God's Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom in this Life, there is no need for you to be purified in the Purgative Hell after you die.
