Lope Columna Ludger Romero, thanks for your open mind, being a NOBLE CHRISTIAN like the praiseworthy BEREANS (Acts 17:10-11). Let's see first the Scriptures you mentioned (Numbers 35:20-21). 

• But IF HE THRUST HIM OF HATRED, or hurl at him by laying of wait, that he die; (Num 35:20 KJV)

• Or IN ENMITY SMITE HIM WITH HIS HAND, that he die: he that smote him shall surely BE PUT TO DEATH; for HE IS A MURDERER: the revenger of blood shall slay the murderer, when he meeteth him. (Num 35:21 KJV) 

The above verses are applicable to People who intentionally murdered another Person. The Murderer must be also murdered. Blood for Blood.

The CITIES OF REFUGE are the Places where People who unintentionally or accidentally kill other people can go for asylum or protection.
 
In the same 35th Chapter of Numbers, God said that the previous verses are “...for A STATUTE OF JUDGMENT TO YOU throughout your generations...” (Numbers 35:29, 33-34).

• So these things shall be for a STATUTE OF JUDGMENT to you throughout your generations IN ALL YOUR DWELLINGS. (Num 35:29 MKJV)

• So you shall not defile the land in which you are. For BLOOD DEFILES THE LAND. And the LAND CANNOT BE CLEANSED OF THE BLOOD THAT IS SHED IN IT, except BY THE BLOOD OF HIM THAT SHED IT. (Num 35:33 MKJV) 

• Defile not therefore the land which ye shall inhabit, wherein I dwell: for I The LORD DWELL AMONG THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL. (Num 35:34 KJV)

God knows that without the Knowledge of His MESSIANIC KABBALAH WISDOM from the TREE OF LIFE, people have the natural tendency to forget His LAW, Statutes, and Judgments (Hosea 4:6). This is because of their Evil Inclination acquired from the Sin of eating the forbidden Tree of Knowledge of Good & Evil. Therefore, God wrote the following command in the last Book of the Old Testament (Malachi 4:4): 

• REMEMBER YE THE LAW OF MOSES…with the STATUTES and JUDGMENTS (Mal 4:4 KJV).

Lope Columna Many Pastors and Churches teach that the above are applicable only to Israel or the Jews, and not to the Christians. This teaching is very deceptive and dangerous, because the SALVATION OF ALL MANKIND comes only thru the JEWS (John 4:22, Acts 4:11-12).

Yes. Christ => The Savior of Mankind, was born as a Jew, and lived as a Jew, in Israel. This means that Numbers 35:20-21 and other related Scriptures, are directed to ALL MANKIND (Jews and Gentiles alike)! But, because most People, Churches, Religions, and Nations lack the Knowledge and Wisdom of Messianic Kabbalah; they now hate Israel or the Jews. This means that ALL THOSE who hate Jewish Israel are in danger of JUDGEMENT of Destruction! So, from the Beginning of Human History, the whole world is filled with violence, tragedies, and all sorts of evils and crises! 

Today, People, Churches, Religions, and Nations become so corrupted because they don’t obey Malachi 4:4. These DISOBEDIENCE resulted to their own destruction (Hosea 4:6)! 

This DESTRUCTIVE IGNORANCE caused people to enjoy Boxing and other violent Sports & Entertainment, as we observed today. Ludger Romero Amen! You are correct that Salvation of the Gentiles is "from the Jews" like what the Lord Jesus told a Samaritan woman. This truth is in line with God's Covenant to Abraham in Genesis12 and 17. But we know that the supposedly channel of Salvation was cursed by God due to the sin of rebellion, making the channel of blessing ineffective for being out of commission. Reason for God to raised up another apostle, Paul, to evangelize the Gentile Nations.
