Sir, I have a question: Does the Tree of Life subscribe to Monism and the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, Dualism?
Mr. Cardenas
From Vietnam
Lope Columna: Yes. The Tree of Life came from Ein Sof, which means the Infinite One. This single infinite source is ALL LIFE and GOOD. From this Ein Sof, came all the created things (spiritual and physical), and all these creations will be condensed back into One. The Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil opens the way for Dualism. Dualism is a creation to produce an environment for man to exercise the FreeWill or Free Choice that Ein Sof gives man for the blessing of Ultimate Good. Evil is just an instrument of the Ultimate Good.
Mr. Cardenas: When one takes on this paradigm of One, is he now not of the world? Because in the world people fight about right and wrong, good and evil, about who should rule and who should not (John 18:36).
- Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, then My servants would fight so that I might not be delivered to the Jews. But now My kingdom is not from here. (John 18:36 MKJV)
- And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one. (Zec 14:9 KJV)
People who fight about right and wrong, good and evil, etc. based their arguments and reasoning on their selfish humanistic knowledge and understanding. They are still failures in uniting God's Name into ONE. They still don't know the true God. Their kind of wisdom is the wisdom of this world, which to God is only foolishness (1Cor 3:19).
- For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God, since it is written: He catches the wise in their craftiness-- and again, The Lord knows the reasonings of the wise, that they are futile. (1Cor 3:20 HCSB)
Lope Columna: Let's not be satisfied with the literal or superficial meaning of the verses that we read in the Bible, especially if it is only a translation. Every verse in the Bible has its layers or levels of meanings, as I discussed in the article about Pardes.
The criminal you mentioned had suffered so much, in prison, and even to the point of being crucified like Christ. Sufferings purifies or cleanses a person of sins. The criminal had gone through these purifying sufferings and the final step he also did -- that of accepting Christ as his Savior. He had gone through the salvation process and was qualified, as Christ saw his heart.

Now, the study of Messianic Kabbalah cannot be escaped. The ZOHAR, which is the Foundational textbook of MESSIANIC KABBALAH, reveals that in Paradise, or in the Garden of Eden, there is a University or Yeshiva (in Hebrew) that all the righteous souls, are taught the supernal Messianic Kabbalah knowledge. Even if we are already in Paradise, or in the Kingdom of God, we will never stop studying Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom!
The BIG benefit of studying Messianic Kabbalah in our world today is that we will be exempted from the various purifying sufferings that will be poured upon all people on this Earth. Anyone who does not study Messianic Kabbalah in this world, even if a person is righteous, he/she will be exposed to great sufferings as mentioned in the Bible, especially in the Book of Revelation.
There are two ways of purification: through sufferings, or through the study of Messianic Kabbalah. Anyone can take their pick!
