Q06: Do Messianic Kabbalists Practice Kabbalah Ma'asit or Practical Kabbalah, Which Includes MAGIC?

DO MESSIANIC KABBALISTS LIKE YOU STILL PRACTICE THE KABBALAH MA'ASIT?

It is NOT our goal in the MESSIANIC KABBALAH to practice the so-called Practical Kabbalah.  

Practical Kabbalah is FULL of impurity. And our goal here in the study and practice of Messianic Kabbalah is to PURIFY ourselves, and be close to the Creator GOD The FATHER, and to prepare for the Glorious Return of CHRIST => The KING Messiah.

Practical Kabbalah or Kabbalah Ma'asit, is a branch of Kabbalah Wisdom of the Creations, which is subject to Sins and Corruption. These include the use of Magic, Divinations, Witchcraft, Hypnotism, Amulets (Anting-anting), etc. Its teachings include the use of Divine and angelic names for amulets and incantations. Kabbalah Ma'asit is mentioned in historical texts, but most Kabbalists have taught that the use of it is forbidden. 

Practical Kabbalah seeks to alter the nature of existence and change the course of events via ritualistic techniques. Sometimes Practical Kabbalah involves summoning Spiritual forces, such as Angels, and commanding them or causing them to swear to perform a certain act or function in reality. 

Four hundred years ago, the Arizal taught that in our generations we should not be involved with, or attempt to use the methods of Practical Kabbalah. As the Holy Temple is not standing, and we do not possess the ashes of the Red Heifer, we are unable to satisfactorily purify our bodies.

The practice of Practical Kabbalah by a person with an impure body is very detrimental and perversive. Thus the Arizal totally forbade the pursuit of this realm of Kabbalah.

• There shall not be found with you anyone...who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer.  (Deu 18:10-11 HNV) 

• For whoever does these things is an abomination to The LORD: and because of these abominations The LORD your God does drive them (the Gentile Nations) out from before you.  (Deu 18:12 HNV) 

• You shall be PERFECT with The LORD your God.  (Deu 18:13 HNV) 

• Many of those who practiced magical arts brought their books together and burned them in the sight of all... (Act 19:19 HNV) 

HOW DID CHRIST (YESHUA) PERFORM THOSE HEALINGS AND MIRACLES?
