A2.  First, let's see what are the Scriptures you mentioned are saying. ROMANS 10:9 says: 

• If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt BELIEVE IN THINE HEART THAT GOD HATH RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD, THOU SHALT BE SAVED. (Rom 10:9 KJV)

And MATTHEW 22:11-14, says: 

11 And when the King came in to see the guests, He saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:

12 And he saith unto him, Friend, HOW CAMEST THOU IN HITHER NOT HAVING A WEDDING GARMENT? And he was speechless.

13 Then said the King to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

14 For MANY ARE CALLED, but FEW ARE CHOSEN. 

The connection between ROMANS 10:9 and MATTHEW 22:11-14 is that for someone to be saved he/she must have the Belief and Faith plus the Work of weaving his/her appropriate WEDDING GARMENT he/she should wear to attend the Marriage Feast of Christ at His return (Revelation 19:7-8).

In Matthew 22:14, the "MANY ARE CALLED" are those Christians and Jews who have the Belief and Faith in Christ's sufferings, Death, and Resurrection, but, they have NO WORKS to weave their Wedding Garments. Therefore, they are rejected by the Father and Christ (Matthew 7:23, 22:13, 25:41).

The "FEW ARE CHOSEN" are those Christians and Jews who strive to have Works that weave their Wedding Garments. Therefore, they are accepted by Christ and are given Eternal Salvation and entry to the Kingdom of God.

SALVATION IS MERITED NOT BY BELIEF & FAITH ALONE, BUT BY WORKS OF WEAVING YOUR WEDDING GARMENT

In other words, Salvation does not consist of just believing that Christ rose from the dead, or that of just having faith in Christ, which without works, is the FAITH THAT IS DEAD (James 2:17, 20). 

• IF IT DOES NOT HAVE WORKS, FAITH IS DEAD, being by itself. (Jas 2:17 MKJV)

• Someone will say, You have Faith, and I have Works. SHOW ME YOUR FAITH WITHOUT YOUR WORKS, AND I WILL SHOW YOU MY FAITH FROM MY WORKS. (Jas 2:18 MKJV) 

That is, to be saved, one must HAVE FAITH AND DO the most important Work of Weaving his/her individual WEDDING GARMENT.

YOUR RIGHTEOUS DEEDS OR WORKS IN THIS WORLD WEAVE YOUR GARMENT OF SALVATION FOR YOUR ENTRANCE TO THE NEXT WORLD!  

The righteous deeds a man or woman performs in this world draw light from the supreme radiance of the Glory of Christ. Of course, you must be very sure about the correct definition and your understanding of a RIGHTEOUS DEED; otherwise, you will be misled if your source is the definitions of Men. Only God's MESSIANIC KABBALAH can give you the correct definition and understanding of what are those RIGHTEOUS DEEDS according to God's Definitions.  

Righteous Deeds (according to God's Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom) makes a Garment of Light for a person necessary for him/her to enter the Kingdom of God, and be able to stand before the presence of the Holy One, blessed be He.
 
In other words, for you to be saved and enter the Kingdom of God, you must strive to weave your own holy Garment of Salvation made of the Supernal Light, which is supplied by the transfigured Christ every time you do a righteous deed. This supernal Light is the Messianic Kabbalah Light of the Glory of Christ! This is what Transfiguration or Rapture is all about!

Q1. Ano po ang ibig sabihin ng sinabi sa Bible na "If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9).

A1. Many Christians are deceived by Romans 10:9. They easily believed that just by believing that Christ is LORD, and that He was raised or resurrected from the Dead; that they are already saved. They erred or deceived because they don't really understand the Bible Scriptures (Matthew 22:29). The subject of believing in God is not monopolized by Christians and other religious people; even the DEMONS ALSO BELIEVED (James 2:19).

• The DEMONS ALSO BELIEVE -- and they shudder. (James 2:19 HCSB) 

So, it does not mean that just because you believed and have faith in God, that Christ was raised from the dead, that you are already saved. The Demons also believed, but they will not be saved (James 2:19)!

The BELIEF IN GOD THAT LEADS TO TRUE CHRISTIAN DISCIPLESHIP LEADING TO ETERNAL SALVATION, is Found in JOHN 8:31-32. 

• So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed Him, "IF YOU CONTINUE IN MY WORD, you really are My disciples. (Joh 8:31 HCSB) 

So Romans 10:9 is not enough for someone to be saved. You need John 8:31. That is, you must continue in Christ's Word, which is God's Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom. Only then, can you be set free from the slavery of Sin caused by the Evil Inclination from the Tree of Knowledge of Good & Evil (John 8:32).

Lope, today, our servants look very different, as appliances do the work humans did back then, but still, those appliances will not work without human help. The stranger in our gates... Electricity perhaps? It requires human help also. Perhaps you have the answer.

When I was working as a Nuclear Power Plant Engineer at the First Philippine Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP-1), my Sabbath Day-off became a controversial issue. The Plant Manager (in the presence of all the Nuclear Plant's Department Managers), asked me a very intriguing question:

"Lope, if all the People observed the Saturday Sabbath, what will happen to the Power Plants? There will be Brownouts and Blackouts every Sabbath!" 

My immediate answer was quite funny to all of them. I replied, "That would not be a problem, Sir. If all the People will keep the 7th Day Sabbath every week, the Angels can easily takeover the Power Plants operation every Sabbath. This is because the SABBATH WAS MADE ONLY FOR MAN, and NOT FOR THE ANGELS."

Then, they all laughed.

The SABBATH WAS ALSO NOT MADE FOR PHYSICS AND OTHER SCIENCES & TECHNOLOGIES

• The 7th DAY is the SABBATH OF THE LORD THY GOD: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates. (Exo 20:10 KJV)
  

Electricity is not an stranger in our gates. The negatively charged Electrons revolve around the nucleus of an atom non-stop; they don't stop revolving when the Sabbath arrives. In other words, Electricity, which is produced by the flow of electrons (as long as there is voltage difference), does not stop or rest every 7th Day Sabbath. 

Thus, the 7th Day Sabbath does not annul the Laws of Physics, such as, the Newton's Laws of Motion, the Law of Electromagnetism, etc. This phenomenon shows that the Sabbath was not made for Physics or the Physical Sciences & Technologies.

The Truth is: The SABBATH WAS MADE EXCLUSIVELY FOR MAN (Mark 2:27). And the SON OF MAN => Christ Jesus, the LOGOS or WORD OF GOD, is the LORD OF THE SABBATH (Mark 2:28). In other words, the weekly 7th Day Sabbath, which is the foundation of all the Annual Sabbaths, was not made for the Angels and the Physical Sciences & Technologies. The Sabbath was made only for Mankind.

WHY IS THE SABBATH ONLY FOR MAN? WHAT IS MAN?

Man was designed and created by God according to His own IMAGE and LIKENESS, and to have dominion, or to rule all of His Creation, both the Physical and Spiritual (Genesis 1:26-28, Psalms 8:6, Hebrews 2:8).

The Image and Likeness of God in Man make Man like God (Genesis 1:26-27). This means that Man must THINK, SPEAK, and DO like God. And as God rested (Shabbath) on the 7th Day from His Physical Work, so Man should rest or have a Sabbath from his Physical Work every Saturday of the week (Hebrews 4:9-11).

But, Science & Technology can continue to function during Sabbath Day; as the continuous operation of a Refrigerator, for example.

Tina McCoy Love to read what you share, yet have to disagree with the keeping of the Sabbath in this way-1 because we do not know what the true Sabbath is, and 2 because our Father told me that this 1-7 days is likened to where we are at thus if grown are in the 7th day of creation and so stop working fleshly things/carnal, and so gave me the scripture of Is. 56.2 for the true Sabbath Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil. Thus He is ever on our mind and not just a particular day, thus worshiping in spirit and truth. The first part of my life was do no harm, constantly I heard this until one day it became kill not in word or deed not even to eat. I said am I not to eat meat? Only for it to be made known that this part of what I was told was not to bite and devour one another as this is also cannibalism. So really should be kept everyday and not just once a week. In fact Sunday being the Lords day is to be in the Spirit, and so if we live in the Spirit we are always at rest, and thus seated in Christ at the right hand of the Father in high, with all things under my feet. Kind of funny you should mention Nuclear plant as I have long ago felt like this is what we are-- small nuclear plants conducting the energy within as a biofield and radiating out, light and goodness of the true Father. Eating whatever is thrown at us and converting it to new energy with in. Much like the Father distills the water of His word and it is sweet.
