1Corinthians 15:56: “The Sting of Death is Sin; and the Strength of Sin is the Law.” Why does the Scripture say that "THE STRENGTH OF SIN IS THE LAW"... Is the Bible being corrupted? I don't understand.

Q1: Why does the Scripture say that "THE STRENGTH OF SIN IS THE LAW"

A1: First, let's understand that there are two (2) kinds of LAW (TORAH) mentioned in the common Bible (Romans 8:2):

1. The LAW OF RIGHTEOUSNESS & LIFE, which is of the SPIRIT.
2. The LAW OF SIN & DEATH, which is of the Flesh.

The LAW OF RIGHTEOUSNESS & LIFE is found only in CHRIST JESUS, who is the MESSIANIC KABBALAH WISDOM, in person. 

• The Spirit's LAW OF LIFE in CHRIST JESUS has set you free from the LAW OF SIN and of DEATH. (Rom 8:2 HCSB) 

The LAW mentioned in 1Corinthians 15:56 is the LAW OF SIN & DEATH, which is of the Flesh or Carnality. 

Now, let's know what is the meaning of THE LAW OF SIN & DEATH, as defined by the Bible (1John 3:4).

• ...SIN IS THE TRANSGRESSION OF THE LAW (TORAH => BIBLE). (1John 3:4 KJV)

The English word LAW was translated from the Hebrew word TORAH (the 5 Books written by Moses), which expanded => to become the BIBLE. Without this LAW (TORAH), there is NO SIN (Romans 4:15).

• ... WHERE NO LAW IS, THERE IS NO TRANSGRESSION. (Rom 4:15 KJV)

In other words, if there is NO LAW GIVEN, SIN HAS NO STRENGTH or is powerless. Why? It is because the LAW OF LIFE is the kind of Law that pervades all Creation. This is the situation of Adam & Eve before they commit the SIN of eating from the forbidden Tree of Knowledge of Good & Evil. 

At that pristine condition of Adam & Eve, there is NO TORAH or BIBLE given to them. This is because there is no need for the LAW OF SIN when people are RIGHTEOUS before God, or under the LAW OF LIFE (1Timothy 1:9).

• ...The LAW IS NOT MADE FOR A RIGHTEOUS MAN, but for the Lawless and Disobedient... (1Tim 1:9 KJV).

• WHY THE LAW THEN? IT WAS ADDED BECAUSE OF TRANSGRESSIONS until the Seed (Christ) to whom the Promise was made would come. (Gal 3:19 HCSB)

The TORAH, which is the LAW OF SIN, was given by God to Mankind only after the SIN of Adam.

• The LAW entered so that the OFFENSE (SIN) might ABOUND. But WHERE SIN ABOUNDED, GRACE DID MUCH MORE ABOUND, (Rom 5:20 MKJV)

• so that as Sin has reigned to Death, even SO GRACE MIGHT REIGN THROUGH RIGHTEOUSNESS TO ETERNAL LIFE by Jesus Christ our Lord. (Rom 5:21 MKJV)

THE BOW & ARROW DEMONSTRATES THE PRINCIPLE OF: 'WHERE SIN ABOUNDED, GRACE DID MUCH MORE ABOUND'

Romans 5:20-21 is saying a Messianic Kabbalah Principle that can be clearly understood by a Bow and Arrow. That is, if you have a Bow and Arrow pointing upward; the stronger you pull down the ARROW, the HIGHER the ARROW goes UP, once released. 

In other words, the LAW strengthen Sin (the FORCE that pulls down the Arrow); but, once that Sin is repented (the downward FORCE is released), then the Arrow can fly up higher => even up to "CHRIST WHO IS THE END (GOAL) OF THE LAW FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS to every one that believeth (Romans 10:4, 5:20-21).

• Therefore it is of FAITH, that it might be by GRACE; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the LAW, but to that also which is of the FAITH OF ABRAHAM; who is the Father of us all,  (Rom 4:16 KJV)

Once, this is achieved, then, the "Corruptible shall have put on Incorruption, and this Mortal shall have put on Immortality (1Cor 15:54-57).

• When this Corruptible shall have put on Incorruption, and this Mortal shall have put on Immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, DEATH IS SWALLOWED UP IN VICTORY. (1Cor 15:54 KJV)

• O Death, where is thy Sting? O Grave, where is thy Victory? (1Cor 15:55 KJV)

• The STING OF DEATH IS SIN; and the STRENGTH OF SIN IS THE LAW. (1Cor 15:56 KJV)

• But thanks be to God, which giveth us the Victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.  (1Cor 15:57 KJV)
