Lope Columna The Filipino claimants of Isaiah 46:11 cannot really be blamed for their claim because they can sense the heat and power of the Holy Spirit that is working in the Philippines. But, if they are not the God-Chosen one, their claim caused millions of Christians to be deceived!

Did God reveal to Mr. Quiboloy His Secret Counsel, which are the Deep Things of God (1Corinthians 2:10)? Yes, this Counsel of God is a deep Secret and Mystery that no man on Earth can know, except God revealed it to him! The logic is that, whoever is that MAN in the Far East to whom God reveals His Secret Counsel, is the God-chosen Man => "The Man That Execute God's Counsel" (Isaiah 46:11, Amos 3:7, Psalms 25:14).

THE LITMUS TEST QUESTIONS TO IDENTIFY THE GOD-CHOSEN "MAN FROM THE FAR EAST" IN THE END-TIME

The following are eight (8) questions and qualifications for every claimant of Isaiah 46:11. Each claimant must be able to correctly answer and comply with these qualifications: 

1. Did God reveal to him "HIS COUNSEL," which is a deep secret and Great Mystery? 

2. Can he explain (Biblically and Scientifically) the Causes, Effects, and Solutions to Climate Change Disasters and other World Crises (Jeremiah 9:12)? When God gives His Counsel of Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom to that "MAN" of Isaiah 46:11, then that "MAN" became the WISE MAN of Jeremiah 9:12. 

3. Does he has that "RAVENOUS BIRD" characteristics? Can he explain what it means to be a "Ravenous Bird"? Some claimants even misinterpreted "Ravenous Bird" as an Eagle. The ravenous bird is a RAVEN, which is called UWAK in the Philippines.

4. What is "GOD'S COUNSEL?" Of course, he don't know if God did not reveal it to him! And if God did not reveal His Counsel to him, then he is automatically disqualified! 

5. Can he explain the secret meaning of Isaiah 46:10, saying, "Declaring the End from the Beginning," which is connected to Isaiah 46:11? If he cannot, then he is again disqualified! 

6. Does he "execute God's Counsel," which is the mission of that Man, and the very purpose of God for calling that Man? Of course, If he don't know God's Counsel, how can he execute it? Then, he is also automatically disqualified!

That "Man from the Far East" must be living and breathing at this very moment to receive God's continuous supernal revelations, which are prophesied to be revealed only in the 21st Century End-Time, not in the 20th, 19th, or 18th centuries. In fact, this True Gospel is prophesied to be hidden for 2,000 years since the First Century (Hosea 6:2, 2Peter 3:8, 1Corinthians 2:7)! 

8. That "Man from the Far East" must understand and have the sacred Fear of God; and he must be proven faithful to God's Marriage Covenant, which is a major component of God's Secret Counsel (Psalms 25:14).
