Thanks, Edward Jones. I agree with you; that today, People are really of SHORT ATTENTION SPANS. But, Eternal Salvation and the Kingdom of God are NOT for People of Short Attention Spans. As Christ said, anyone who wanted to enter the Kingdom of God MUST STRIVE to do it (Luke 13:24-25).
Blessed is the MAN that walketh not in the Counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. (Psa 1:1 KJV)
But HIS DELIGHT is in The LAW of The LORD; and in GOD’S LAW doth HE MEDITATE DAY and NIGHT. (Psa 1:2 KJV)
Every person that has SHORT ATTENTION SPAN CANNOT MEDITATE on God's Law Day & Night. In other words, People with SHORT ATTENTION SPANS only like to enter the easy WIDE DOOR; they enjoy walking inside, NOT KNOWING that it's path leads to Destruction and Death.
They don't like and cannot enter the NARROW DOOR that leads to LIFE (Luke 13:24-25, Matthew 7:13-14). This is because ETERNAL LIFE is achieved; and only given to those People with LONG ATTENTION SPANS (Luke 8:17-18, Mark 4:24-25).
In other words, People with SHORT ATTENTION SPANS have NO EAR to hear what the Holy Spirit says to the Churches (Revelation 2:7, 3:22). Therefore, my Biblical Posts are not for them.
The LORD God's TRUTH are HIGH and DEEP (Psalms 139:6, 1Corinthians 2:7-10). They cannot be reached and understood by the People with SHORT ATTENTION SPANS.
