SUMMARY: Like the Sun which always rises from the Far East, Christ, in His 2nd Coming, will appear FIRST in the FAR EAST, hovering in the air above it. This is where the Transfigured or "raptured" Jewish Christians will meet Him (1Thessalonians 4:17). Then, together, they will set foot on the Mount of Olives (Zechariah 14:4, Acts 1:11-12). 

In Isaiah 46:11, the "EAST" is the East from Jerusalem. The "FAR COUNTRY" means the COUNTRY from the FAR EAST, which is the PHILIPPINE Islands. And the "MAN" called by God in the 21st Century End-Time to execute or preach His Messianic Kabbalah Counsel is a FILIPINO.
  • I AM GOD, and THERE IS NONE LIKE ME… saying, My COUNSEL shall STAND, and… Calling…from the EAST, The MAN that EXECUTE My [MESSIANIC KABBALAH] COUNSEL from a FAR COUNTRY… (Isa 46:9-11 KJV) 
With the BRIGHTNESS (ZOHAR) of the Glorious MESSIANIC KABBALAH Gospel from the Far East, Christ's Glory will be spread all over the Earth (from the Far East to Far West). And this True Gospel will turn People and Nations to MESSIANIC KABBALAH Righteousness. Then, the Global Deception, Darkness, Error, Superstition, Idolatry, and all False Doctrines will be removed from the World (Luke 1:17, Daniel 12:3).
  • He shall go before him in the SPIRIT and POWER of ELIJAH, to turn the Hearts of the FATHERS (Patriarchs Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob-Israel) to the Children, and the DISOBEDIENT to the [MESSIANIC KABBALAH] WISDOM of the JUST; to make ready a People prepared for The Lord. (Luk 1:17 KJV) 
  • Those who are WISE shall shine as the BRIGHTNESS (Heb. ZOHAR) of the sky; and those who turn many to [MESSIANIC KABBALAH] RIGHTEOUSNESS shall shine as the STARS forever and ever. (Dan 12:3 MKJV)  
With this MESSIANIC KABBALAH RIGHTEOUSNESS, Christ will set up His Kingdom and rule the Whole World with His Wise and Faithful BRIDE (Revelation 20:6).

CHRIST'S FIRST COMING (Son of Joseph) AS THE SUFFERING SAVIOR OF MANKIND (Human Flesh & Blood)
  • When Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea... there came WISE MEN from the EAST to Jerusalem, (Mat 2:1 KJV)
  • Saying, Where is He that is born King of the Jews? for WE have seen His STAR in the EAST, and are come to worship Him. (Mat 2:2 KJV)
CHRIST'S 2ND COMING (Son of David) AS THE KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS

As in His First Coming, Christ will return or appear in His 2nd Coming from the East. But, at this End-Time it will be from the Far East. This means that Christ will hover or will be suspended in the air above the Far East where the Transfigured or "raptured" Jewish Christians will meet Him. This Glorious and magnificent Heavenly Event will be seen by everyone on Earth (Revelation 1:7, Ezekiel 43:2, Matthew 24:26-27, 1Thessalonians 4:17). 
  • Behold, The GLORY of The GOD OF ISRAEL CAME FROM the way of The EAST... and the Earth shined with His Glory. (Eze 43:2 KJV)
  • For as the Lightning comes OUT OF THE EAST and shines even to the WEST, so also will be The COMING OF THE SON OF MAN.  (Mat 24:27 MKJV)
  • CHRIST cometh with clouds; and EVERY EYE SHALL SEE HIM... (Rev 1:7 KJV)
  • We who are alive...shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to MEET THE LORD IN THE AIR. And so we shall ever be with The Lord. (1Thes 4:17 MKJV) 
Then, all of them will land on the MOUNT OF OLIVES in the EAST side of Jerusalem (Zechariah 14:4, Acts 1:11-12).
AS CHRIST WAS TAKEN UP TO HEAVEN FROM THE MOUNT OF OLIVES, SO SHALL HIS GLORIOUS RETURN BE
  • …as they watched, He was taken up. And a CLOUD  received Him out of their sight. (Act 1:9 MKJV)
  • And while they were looking intently into the Heaven, He having gone...two men in white clothing stood beside them, (Act 1:10 MKJV)
  • who said… This SAME JESUS who is taken up from you into Heaven, WILL COME in the way YOU HAVE SEEN HIM GOING INTO HEAVEN. Then they returned to Jerusalem from the MOUNT OF OLIVE... (Act 1:11-12 MKJV) 
  • On that DAY His feet will stand on the MOUNT OF OLIVES, which faces Jerusalem on the EAST. (Zec 14:4 HCSB)
  • And the GLORY of The LORD went up from the midst of the City, and stood upon the MOUNTAIN which is on the EAST side of the City. (Eze 11:23 KJV)
The Jamieson, Fausset, and Brown Commentary, says:

The Shekinah glory now moves from the east gate (Eze_10:4, Eze_10:19) to the Mount of Olives, altogether abandoning the Temple. So it was from it that Jesus ascended to Heaven... It is also to be the scene of His return in person to deliver His people (Zec_14:4), when He shall come by the same way as He went, “the way of the east” (Eze_43:2). -- JFB
