Lope Columna II Mr. Chan, you have some idea of God's  Message in Isaiah 46:11 and 13. The Truth is that Isaiah 46:11 has 2-Part Fulfillments: The PHYSICAL and the SPIRITUAL Fulfillments.

The PHYSICAL Fulfillment of Isaiah 46:11 by King Cyrus was up to the start of Christ's Physical Ministry, which is the Beginning of Christ's True Gospel (Mark 1:1).  

But, when Christ was RESURRECTED from the Dead, the Spiritual Fulfillment of Isaiah 46:11 started. In other words, This momentous event started the Beginning of the revelation of the TRUE GOSPEL of God's COUNSEL, which is the MESSIANIC KABBALAH WISDOM from Heaven.

In His 40 Days before His Ascension to Heaven, Christ introduced the Heavenly True Gospel to His Disciples. Then, Christ, who had already ascended to Heaven and sit on the Right Hand of God The Father, revealed an abundant of True Gospel revelations to Paul, who was made Apostle to the Gentiles.
