Lope Columna Flor, you said, "That's a serious question Lope," so, I felt obliged to give you an answer. Looking back and analysing the past events in my life, I now see that the major reason why God revealed to me His secrets is because of the very purpose of why I was born. He sent my soul to this Earth to be trained and be prepared to fulfill the special role and mission He wanted me to do according to His WILL. I can see that since I was born God's Hands are already taking hold of my life (Isaiah 42:6).
I have so many FIERY TRIALS in my life, both the NEGATIVES (many life-threatening diseases, accidents, youth gang wars, poverty, despising of men, strong temptations, etc.), and the POSITIVES (unique education, miraculous means of acquiring my Engineering license and experience, scholarships abroad, job and engineering opportunities, etc.), where God was involved. In all of these, I can see the wonderful and helping Hands of God protecting, delivering, teaching, and encouraging me, as I underwent those many trainings and trials in all aspects of life (Psalms 34:19).
The following were some of the major things I had done that may have pleased God The Father.
THE DESIRE TO HAVE GODLY MARRIAGE AND FAMILY
From my youth, I desire to have a Godly wife and family. It became my dream and determination to really apply God's laws and principles about marriage and family. I preserved my manhood and virginity for the future wife that God will give me. Of course, there were lots of temptation as years went by.
And with the help and power of God Almighty, I was able to overcome all those immorality, pornography, and lustful attraction to beautiful and sexy women that came on my way (2Timothy 2:22, 1Corinthians 6:18).
- Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. (2Ti 2:22 KJV)
- Flee from sexual immorality! "Every sin a person can commit is outside the body," but the person who is sexually immoral sins against his own body. (1Cor 6:18 HCSB)
- Now in a large house there are not only Gold and Silver bowls, but also those of Wood and Earthenware, some for Special Use, some for ordinary. (2Tim 2:20 HCSB)
- So if anyone PURIFIES HIMSELF from these things, he will be a Special Instrument, set apart, useful to the Master, prepared for every Good Work. (2Tim 2:21 HCSB)
On the year 1972, when I was a 3rd year high school student (a teenager), my outlook in life was dramatically changed by the Plain Truth Magazine and other literature of Mr. Herbert W. Armstrong (HWA). By studying the Bible in that early age, I felt so close to God Almighty that I asked Him for Wisdom and Understanding, as I was inspired by the story of King Solomon.

God The Father had seen my integrity and resolve to stand with His Truth, in spite of the Church Ministry's injustice and persecutions. I suffered much, and I lost much (I lost my wife and my daughter) for these Truths. This I did, not for my own self, pride, or vanity, as the Church Ministry also accuses me of. God knows my Heart, that I have done what I had done, because of Him, for His glory and Righteousness sake.
I love my Father, the God and Creator of the ever-growing universe. I am so grateful to Him for the countless blessings, favor, the trials, and the deliverance He bestowed and is still bestowing upon me. It is just fitting that as a loving and grateful son, I should serve Him the best way I can, the way He wants. This work is for God, and for His people, for His glory, not for my own.
LIKE DAVID, ONLY LOPE COLUMNA FOUGHT THE GOLIATH OF MARRIAGE DESTRUCTIVE FORCES, PRESERVING GOD'S MARRIAGE COVENANT!
When the WCG institution was attacked by Satan through the State of California, the Church Ministry and Lay Membership rallied in support of HWA and the preservation of the WCG institution.
Yet, when it comes to the most known, most destructive, and continuing attack of Satan on the divine institution of Marriage, the WCG Ministry and Lay Membership DID NOT rally behind to preserve it, except for one Church member!
Like David, there is one person that sensed the insult that this pagan Goliath is doing to the Glorious Creator of the Universe! The world's perverted concepts and traditions of marriage is the proud Goliath that Satan used, and is using to attack and break God's Marriage Covenant! If Satan will succeed in this Marriage attack to destroy God's Marriage and Family institutions, then the future of Mankind and the Universe will be into oblivion!
THE LORD GOD AWARDED LOPE COLUMNA THE GREAT MYSTERIES OF GOD'S KINGDOM FOR HIS COURAGE TO FIGHT FOR THE PRESERVATION OF GOD'S COVENANT!
God then chose and sent Lope Columna to fight and rally behind this eternal life-and-death truth of Marriage and Family!
